Notice to Parents

To the Parents of Kid Zone:
With the June 1, opening date quickly approaching I want to touch base with you on some issue so you will now what to expect. My plan is to at first make as few process changes as possible. Any changes will be made slowly over time and you will be notified before they take place.

You will still turn your hours in at Kid Zone Thursday, May 27 for the following week, just as you have done in the past. Kid Zone will pass those along to me so I can schedule appropriately.

If your child is in need of before and after school transportation, that will be covered as well.

You will need to fill out a new registration form as well as a medical release form and a photo release form. The current management of Kid Zone will be leaving the immunization records and physical forms for us to use.

In closing, I am excited for this opportunity to serve you and your children. If you should have any question or concerns, please feel free to contact me. My extension will be the same until June 1 or on my grhs e-mail.
